(5) This Act shall come into force on such date as the Board of Trade may by order appoint, and different dates may be appointed in relation to different ships and different provisions of this Act.

(6) This Act shall continue in force until His Majesty by Order in Council is pleased to declare that it is no longer necessary or expedient that it should continue in force:

Provided that on the expiration of this Act subsection 52 & 53 Vict. (2) of section thirty-eight of the Interpretation Act, 1889 c. 63. (which relates to the effect of repcals), shall apply as if this Act had been repealed by another Act.

No. 391.-It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to section 5 of the Criminal Procedure Ordinance, 1899, His Honour the Chief Justice has ordered that the next Criminal Sessions for the despatch of the business of the Court shall be held on Wednesday, the 16th day of June, 1937, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon.
