IN THE MATTER OF SECTION 4 OF THE UNCLAIMED BALANCES

ORDINANCE No. 5 OF 1929.

No. 360.-It is hereby notified that on the 13th day of May, 1937, the under- mentioned order was made by the Governor pursuant to section 4 (2) of the above Ordinance.

UNCLAIMED BALANCES ORDINANCE No. 5 OF 1929.

It is hereby ordered by the Governor pursuant to section 4 (2) of the above Ordi- nance that the undermentioned unclaimed balances of intestate estates which have been in the Treasury for more than five years shall be forthwith transferred to the general revenue of the Colony subject to the provisions of the said Ordinance relating to refunds.
