6. Nothing in this Order amending the said "China Order in Council" shall affect the past operation of that Order or of any Rule or Regulation made thereunder or anything done under the said Order or any Rule or Regula- tion.

7. This Order shall be cited as the "China (Amend- ment) Order in Council, 1937".

8. Copies of this Order shall be exhibited in the office of the Supreme Court for China and at each Provincial Consulate and shall remain so exhibited for not less than one month from the date of first exhibition; but failure to comply with this provision shall in no way affect the operation of the other provisions of the Order.

9. This Order shall take effect immediately and the Right Honourable Robert Anthony Eden, one of His Majesty's Principal Secretaries of State, is to give the necessary directions herein.

ORDINANCE No. 13 of 1935. (PUBLIC HEALTH [FOOD]).

With reference to the by-laws under the heading 'Markets' contained in the Schedule to the Public Health (Food) Ordinance, 1935, and it appearing convenient that the markets established at and since the commencement of the said Ordinance should be set out in this notification, the Urban Council hereby declares the markets mentioned in Part I of the following list to be markets within the meaning of by-law 1 of the said by-laws, and the market mentioned in Part II of the said list to be closed:

Part I.

Established Markets.

Aberdeen Market.

Arsenal Street Market.

Bowrington Market.

Central Market.

Cheung Sha Wan Market.

Fa Yuen Market.

Hung Hom Market.

Kowloon City Market.

Kowloon Tong Market. Kun Chung Market.
