His Excellency the Governor in Council has been pleased to direct under Section 5 of the Buildings Ordinance, 1935, Ordinance No. 18 of 1935, that the name of Mr. RICHARD ALFRED GERRARD be added to the List of Authorized Architects published in Government Notification No. 324 dated the 30th April, 1937.

ORDINANCE No. 40 of 1912. (VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC REGULATION).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of The Vehicles and Traffic Regulation Ordinance, 1912, the Governor in Council amends Part II of and Schedule A to the Vehicles and Traffic Regulations made under the said Ordinance and published as Government Notification No. 549 in the Gazette of the 19th July, 1935, as follows:-
Amendments.
1. Regulations Nos. 8 and 12 under the heading "Licences and Fees" are rescinded, and the following regula- tion is substituted therefor as regulation No. 8:-
8. A licence is required annually in respect of the vehicles enumerated in the following table :-
