ORDINANCE No. 48 of 1936. (NURSING AND MATERNITY HOMES REGISTRATION).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Nursing and Maternity Homes Registration Ordinance, 1936, the Governor in Council has been pleased to exempt the Babington Hospital and Sanatorium from the operation of the said Ordinance.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 of the Births and Deaths
Deaths Registration Ordinance, 1934, the Governor in Council amends the Second Schedule to the said Ordinance, as follows:-
Amendments.
(1) Forms Nos. 3, 11 and 13 are amended by the addition
of the following words and Chinese characters at the end
thereof
No fee is payable for this certificate.

the following words and Chinese characters at the end
