ORDINANCE No. 15 of 1935. (PUBLIC HEALTH
[SANITATION ]).
His Excellency the Governor in Council has been pleased, under section 99 of the Public Health (Sanitation) Ordinance, 1935, by order to direct, and it is hereby ordered, that the provisions of Part IV (Disposal of the Dead) and Part V, in so far as applicable to Part IV, of the said Ordinance shall apply to the Tsing Yi Urn Cemetery situated at the island of Tsing Yi in the New Territories of Hong Kong, which was set apart as an urn cemetery and notified, as Government Notification No. 140 of 1937, in the Gazette of the 5th March, 1937.
