ORDINANCE No. 36 of 1931. (LIQUORS).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 88 of the Liquors Ordinance, 1931, the Governor in Council amends the Brewery Regulations set forth in Government Notification No. 108, published in the Gazette of the 19th February, 1937, by the insertion, in Regulation No. 3, of the following words after the word "licence" in the seventh line thereof :-

"and for the payment of any duty upon beer payable under any such Ordinance or regulations".
