ORDINANCE No. 6 of 1901. (RATING).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Rating Ordinance, 1901, the Governor in Council directs the District Officer, South, before the 31st day of March, 1937, or as soon thereafter as may be, to make a valuation of the tenements in that part of the New Territories comprised in the urban area of Tsun Wan.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 49 (4) of the Rating Ordinance, 1901, as enacted by the Rating Amend- ment Ordinance, 1935, the Governor in Council fixes the 1st day of June, 1937, as the day from which rates shall be payable in respect of rateable tenements in the urban area of Tsun Wan.
