ORDINANCE No. 40 of 1912. (VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC REGULATION).
In exercise of the powers conferred by Regulation 177 of the Regulations made by the Governor in Council under the provisions of the Vehicles and Traffic Regulation, Ordin- ance 1912, and published in the Gazette as notification. No. 549 on the 19th July, 1935, the Inspector General of Police makes the following rule for the use of the car park in Pedder Street, to come into operation on the 12th February. 1937 :—
No car exceeding fifteen feet in overall length shall be placed or parked on the car park in Pedder Street between Des Voeux Road and Queen's Road.

SUPREME Court.
No. 89. The offices of the Supreme Court will be open daily from 10 a.m. to I p.m. during the Chinese New Year Vacation, except on public and general holidays, when the offices will be entirely closed, and on Saturday when they will be open from 10 a.m. to noon, subject, however, to the provisions of section 5 of the Supreme Court (Vacations) Ordinance, 1898, so far it relates to the criminal sessions. The Chinese New Year Vacation begins on the 11th instant and terminates on the 15th instant (both days inclusive).
