The rainfall for the month of December at Victoria Peak was in. 70 on 9 days, at Mount Kellett, it was 0in. 56 on 5 days, at Botanical Gardens, Oin. 75 on 5 days, at Taipo, lin. 60 on 7 days, and at Fanling, lin. 27 on 5 days.

The lowest reading of the barometer (M.S.L.) was 29ins. 988 at 16h. 00m on the 11th. The maximum gust velocity as recorded by the Dines-Baxendell anemograph, was at the rate of 50 miles per hour at 12h. 15m. on the 15th.
