THE AIR NAVIGATION DIRECTIONS (HONG KONG), 1932.
In exercise of the power conferred by Article 30 of the Air Navigation (Colonies, Protectorates and Mandated Terri- tories) Order, 1927, as amended by the Air Navigation (Colonies, Protectorates and Mandated Territories) (Amend- ment) Orders, 1929, 1931, 1932 and 1935, the Governor amends Direction 97 of the Air Navigation Directions (Hong Kong), 1932, (No. 1) by re-numbering the same as paragraph (1) of Direction 97 and by adding the following paragraph
thereto :
(2) A fee of $5 will be charged for technical examina- tion in any category as a ground engineer when the candidate for examination is not also an applicant for a ground engineer's licence.
An application for examination shall be accompanied by a remittance to cover the fee payable.
Certificates will be issued to successful candidates.
COLONIAL SECRETARY'S DEPARTMENT.
No. 35.-It is hereby notified that Notifications No. 1002 of 1936, and No. 1 of 1937, dated the 21st December, 1936, and 4th January, 1937, respectively, are amended by the deletion of the heading "The Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, Ordinance No. 10 of 1899, Table L, Quarantine Regulations", and the substitution of the following heading "The Quarantine and Prevention of Disease Ordinance, 1936, Ordinance No. 7 of 1936, section 18".
