exception of those officers who but for the said Works would be employed in some other work in the Hong Kong Govern- ment Service, shall be wholly exempted from the operation of sections 2 and 3.
(3) The salary of the Temporary Gymnastic Instructor shall be wholly exempted from the operation of sections 2 and 3 with respect to the present holder of the office.
