NOTICE is hereby given that an Extra-
ordinary General Meeting of the com- pany will be held at its Head Office, No. 157 Wing Lok Street, Victoria. Hongkong, on Fri- day, the 1st day of December, 1911, at 12 o'clock noon, for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the following Special Resolution :---
That the Memorandum and Articles of "Association of the Company be respectively extended, altered and "amended so as to read as shewn in

Should the above Resolution be duly passed, it will be subsequently submitted for con- firmation as a Special Resolution to a further Extraordinary General Meeting, which will be held at the said Head Office, at 12 o'clock noon on Saturday, the 16th day of December, 1911.
Prints of the proposed extensions, altera- tions and amendment to the Memorandum und Articles of Association have been circa- lated to Shareholders.
