the members of The Hong Kong China Dock Company, Limited, held at the registered office of the Company at To Kwa Wan in the Colony of Hong Kong, on Wednesday, the 5th day of August, 1936, at 3.30 p.m. the following extraordinary resolutions were duly passed :-

(1) That it has been proved to the satis-

faction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily. (2) That Lau Yuk Wan ()
