NOTICE is hereby given that Ang Sam Seng, of No. 6 Sai-pin-sia Amoy in the Republic of China, on the 2nd day of June, 1936, applied for the registration, in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks viz:-

The numerals "555" have been declared to be distinctive by order of His Excellency the Governor pursuant to section 9, subsection 6 of the Trade Marks Ordinance 1909.

The registration of this Trade Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the letters L.G.W." appearing thereon either in combina- tion or separately.
