Lane Poole alias Chan Kam Po, three creditors of the abovenamed Bank praying for the sanctioning of the Scheme of Arrangement between the unsecured creditors and members and the said Bank and for con- firming the reduction of the issued capital of the said Bank from $8,665,600.00 to $1,083,200.00 and that the said Petition is directed to be heard before the Court on Fri- day, the 17th day of July, 1936, at 10 a.m. in the forenoon.
