The Registration of this Trade Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the word "BRITANNIA ", or to the British national emblem shown on the shield or to the name "Britannia Battery Co.," or the abbreviation and numerals "No. XXX" either in combina- tion or separately appearing in the specimen mark allixed to the Application for Registration and registration is limited to the colours shown in the said specimen mark.
