OTICE is hereby given in pursuant of Section 225 of the Companies Ordin- ance 1932, that a Final General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the 2nd floor, No. 20, Bonham Strand West, Victoria, Hong Kong, on Saturday, 9th May, 1936, at 2.30 p.m. for the purpose of having an account laid before them, showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidators, and also determining by Extraordinary Resolution the manner in which the books, accounts and re- cords of the Company and of the Liquidators thereof shall be disposed of.
