URSUANT to Section 3 of the Fraudulent Transfer of Businesses Ordinance No. 25 of 1923, Notice is hereby given that the Hongkong Brewers and Distillers, Limited (in liquidation) carrying on business as Brewers and Distillers, and whose registered Office is situate at No. 7 Duddell Street, Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong, (hereinafter called "the Transferors") and Henry Russell Forsyth the Receiver thereof have agreed to transfer the said business of Brewers and Distillers together with the goodwill thereof to Messrs. Ruttonjeo Estates Limited, whose registerd office is situate at No 7 Duddell Street aforesaid (hereinafter called “the Transferees") and that such transfer will be completed at the expira- tion of one mouth from the date of publication of this notice.
