The registration of the trade marks Nos. (1), (2), (3), and (4) shall give no right to the exclusive use of all the English words and Chinese characters: appearing thereon with the exception of the two Chinese characters "meaning "Double Cash" and the registration of the trade mark No. (5) shall give no right to the exclusive use of the apple device and of the Chinese characters "

"meaning “apple" and of the word “ apple and of all the English words and Chinese characters appearing thereon with the exception of the two Chinese characters 孖錢 meaning "Double
