Short title.
Incorpora. tion of Trus- fees and their general powers.
A BILL
ENTITLED
An Ordinance for the Incorporation of the Trustees of the Union Church at Victoria in this Colony.
Be it enacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as "The Union Church Incorporation Ordinauce, 1911 “.
2. Messrs. John Whyre Cooper Bounar, Duncan Clark, Alexander Stark Dalglish Cousland, William Griffith Hun-· preys, Donald Macdonald, William Drew Braidwood and David Wood, the Trustees of the Cuion Church in Hong- kong, and their successors or successor and the survivors and the survivor of them and the Executors and Adminis- trators of such surviver shall be a body corporate (herein- after called "the said Corporation") and shall for the purposes of this Ordinance have the name "The Trustees of the Union Church in Hongkong " and by that name shall have perpetual succession and shall and may sue and be sued in all Courts of Justice and before all Magistrates in this Colony, and shall and may have and use a common seal, and the said seal may from time to time break, change, alter, and make anew as to the said Corporation may seeni fit; and the said Corporation shall have full power to acquire, accept leases of, purchase, take, hold and enjoy any lande, buildings, messuages or tenements of what nature or kind soever and wheresoever situate in this Colony and its Dependencies, and also to invest moneys on mort-
