The Applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of the Stars in Marks Nod, 1 and 2.

by the above Ordinances have been duly filed in the office of the Registrar of Patents, Hong- kong, and that it is the intention of the above- named JOSEPH BRUNDRIT to apply to His Excellency the Governor for Letters Patent for the exclusive use within the Colony of Hongkong of the said invention.
