Notice to Airmen No. 3 of the year 1936.

Under the authority of Air Navigation Directions (Hong Kong), 1932, (No. 1) paragraph 95 (b) the Director of Air Services amends Notice to Airmen No. 1 of the year 1936, wherein are set forth the fees and charges for the housing and accommodation of aircraft, as follows:

1. Paragraph 2 of the said Notice is rescinded and the following paragraph is substituted therefor :-

2. Charges for flying machines accommodated in the open. The charges for all flying machines not accommodated in a hangar, will be 50 per cent. of the standard housing fees given in para. (1) above, but will operate only after a flying machine has been left on the aerodrome for a period of six hours. These charges will apply whether the flying machine is secured to the ground or to a structure on the Airport, or is left on the ground unsecured.

The charge for a flying machine moored at an anchorage will be 20 per cent. of the standard housing charges and will operate only after the flying machine has been moored for a period of six hours.

2. The following paragraph is inserted immediately after paragraph 3:---

3A. If a flying machine is accommodated in a hangar immediately after being accommodated in the open, then the payment of the standard housing charges shall exempt from liability to charges for accommodation in the open for a period equal to the time by which the period of actual accommodation in the hangar is less than a complete period of twenty-four hours or the appropriate complete multiple of twenty-four hours.
