The Air Navigation Directions (Hong Kong), 1932.
In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph (5) of Article 8 of the Air Navigation (Colonies, Protectorates and Mandated Territories) Order, 1927, as amended by the Air Navigation (Colonies, Protectorates and Mandated Territories) (Amendment) Orders. 1929, 1931, 1932 and 1935, and of all other powers (if any) in that behalf enabling, the Governor issues the following additional Direction as Direction 6A under the heading Aerodrome and Air Port" in Section III of the Air Navigation Directions (Hong Kong), 1932, to come into operation on the 1st day of January, 1937-
6A. Every company or association whose aircraft habitually use the Air Port shall keep at a place approved by the Director of Air Services a book, in a form to be approved by the Director of Air Services, in which such company or association shall cause to be entered forthwith particulars of the times of the arrivals at and departures from the Air Port of all aircraft belonging to such company or association, together with the names of the pilots and crews. thereof and the names, addresses, occupations and nation- alities of the passengers carried, or, as the case may be, intended to be carried by and the routes (so far as within the Colony) taken or, as the case may be, intended to be taken by such aircraft. The said book shall at all times be available for inspection by the Superintendent of the Air Port and such other persons as the Governor may authorise in that behalf and they shall be at liberty to make copies of or extracts from all entries in the said book.
