ORDINANCE No. 21 of 1932. (PENSIONS).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 (1) of the Pensions Ordinance, 1932, as enacted by the Pensions Amendment Ordinance, 1934, and with the sanction of the Secretary of State, the Governor in Council amends Pension Regulations A and Pension Regulations B, set forth respectively in Government Notifications Nos. 774 and 775 in the Gazette of the 9th December, 1932, as amended by Government Notifications No. 761 in the Gazette of the 12th October, 1934, No. 689 in the Gazette of the 13th September, 1935, No. 84 in the Gazette of the 23rd January, 1936, No. 688 in the Gazette of the 21st August, 1936, and No. 742 in the Gazette of the 11th September, 1936.

Amendments.

In Pension Regulations A and in Pension Regulations B,-

(1) Regulation No. 29 is rescinded.

(2) In regulation No. 30 the words and figures "27 or 28" are substituted for the words and figures "27, 28 or 29”.

(3) In regulations 31, 32, 33 and 34 the figure “29" is deleted.

(4) The Governments of the following are added to the Schedule:-

Bahamas

Barbados

Bermuda

British Guiana

British Honduras

Leeward Islands

St. Helena

Seychelles

Southern Rhodesia

Turks and Caicos Islands.

Grenada

St. Lucia

St. Vincent.
