ORDINANCE No. 11 of 1920. (PLANTS).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Plants Ordinance, 1920, the Governor in Council rescinds regulation 2 of the regulations made under the said Ordinance set forth on page 789 of the Regulations of Hong Kong, 1844-1925, and substitutes the following regulation. therefor :--
2. No person shall without lawful excuse sell, offer for sale, or have in his possession or under his custody or control any portion of any of the following plants:
1. Ardisia, All species
2. Atalantia Hindsii
3. Azaleas, All species
4. Bamboo, All species. 3. Bauhinia Blakeana 6. Camellia, All species
