Amendments.
1. Delete regulation 3 (1) in the First Schedule and substitute :-
3.-(1) The Corps shall consist of the following Corps units, auxiliary unit and affiliated unit :-
Corps units.
(a) Corps Headquarters.
(b) The Battery.
(c) The Engineer Company.
(d) Corps Signals.
(e) Machine Gun Troop.
(f) Armoured Car Section.
(g) Motor Machine Gun Section.
(h) Three Machine Gun Companies (One Scottish).
(i) Machine Gun Battalion Signals.
(1) Corps Infantry.
(k) Air Arm.
(1) Army Service Corps Company.
(m) Medical Section.
(n) Reserve Company.
(0) Reserve of Officers.
Auxiliary unit.
(p) Railway Operating Detachment Cadre
Affiliated unit.
(q) Nursing Detachment.
2. Delete regulation No. 3 (5) and substitute :-
(5) The members of an Auxiliary unit shall consist of specially selected individuals whose previous training has rendered them fit to perform such duties as they may be required to perform if called out for actual military service. They shall upon admission make and sign in the presence of an officer of the corps the declaration set out in Form No. 3 in the Second Schedule to the Volunteer Ordinance, 1933. If their Auxiliary unit is called out for actual military service. every member thereof shall thereupon take the oath or make the declaration specified in Forms Nos. 1 and 2 in the Second Schedule to the Volunteer Ordinance, 1933, unless he has already taken the said Oath or made the said declaration and has not quitted the Corps after taking such oath or making such declaration. The members of an Auxiliary unit shall not be required to undergo any training, and, unless called out for actual military service, shall not be required to attend any parade or inspection. No uniform will be issued to members of an Auxiliary unit unless they are called out for actual military service. A member of an Auxiliary unit may also be a member of the Reserve Company, in which case he shall be subject to all the obligations to which members of that Company are subject. All members of an Auxiliary unit shall be at liberty to attend any voluntary parades or exercises organised by their officers.
