No. 879.-His Majesty the KING has not been advised to exercise his power of disallowance with respect to the following Ordinance :-

Ordinance No. 28 of 1936.-An Ordinance to authorize the Appropriation of a Supplementary Sum of One hundred and twenty two thousand seven hundred and seventy one Dollars and fifteen Cents to defray the Charges of the year 1935.

No. 880.—It is hereby notified that Mr. GEOFFREY MISKIN, Vice-Consul for Sweden at Hong Kong, resumed charge of the Swedish Vice-Consulate on 28th October, 1936.

No. 881.-The King's Exequatur empowering Mr. FREDERIC CHARLES FORNES, Junior, to act as Consul of the United States of America at Hong Kong has received His Majesty's signature.

4th November, 1936.

No. 882.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint the Honourable Mr. STANLEY HUDSON DODWELL, provisionally and subject to His Majesty's pleasure, to be temporarily, during the absence of the Honourable Sir HENRY EDWARD POLLOCK, Kt., K.C., LL.D., an Unofficial Member of the Executive Council, with effect from the 31st day of October, 1936.
