With reference to Government Notifications No. 468 of the 22nd May and No. 554 of the 19th June, 1936, it is hereby notified that the Republic of Panama has acceded to the International Convention respecting Load Lines, 1930, and that in accordance with article 23 of the Convention the accession took effect on the 13th October, 1936.

With reference to Government Notification No. 469 of the 22nd May, No. 803 of the 2nd October and No. 850 of the 23rd October, 1936, it is hereby notified that Egypt has acceded to the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1929, and that in accordance with Article 64 of the Convention the accession took effect on the 24th October, 1936.
