ORDINANCE No. 21 of 1932. (PENSIONS).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 (1) of the Pensions Ordinance, 1932, as enacted by section 4 of the Pensions Amendment Ordinance, 1934, (Ordinance No. 12 of 1934) and with the sanction of the Secretary of State, the Governor in Council further amends Pension Regulations A and Pension Regulations B, published respectively as Govern- ment Notifications Nos. 774 and 775 in the Gazette of the 9th December, 1932, as follows:-

Amendments.
In Pension Regulations A and in Pension Regulations B-
(1) In the first line of regulation 3 the words "Every officer, other than a judge," are deleted and the words "Sub- ject to the provisions of regulations 12 and 30, relating to the pensions of judges appointed prior to the 1st day of January, 1937, every officer' are substituted;
(2) In the first line of the proviso to regulation 3 the words", other than a judge, are deleted;
(3) In the first line of regulation 12 (1) the words "appointed prior to the 1st day of January, 1937," are inserted after the words "A judge';'
(4) In the first line of regulation 12 (2) the words "appointed prior to the 1st day of January, 1937," are inserted after the words "A judge';
(5) In the first line of regulation 30 the words ", appoint- ed prior to the 1st day of January, 1937," are inserted after the words "a judge of this Colony".
