·A 6-foot conical Unlighted Buoy, surmounted by a triangular shape and prtintel black, to be known as the Second Crossing Buoy, will be placed in 14 feet of water to mark the southern side of the channel; from it Washaway Beacon will bear S. 50° E., distant 2·1 miles.

It will be noted that vessels can no longer steer a straight course between the Gas- lighted Buoys.

Directions.-Buoys should be passed at a distance of 1 cable, according to their colour.
