ORDINANCE No. 10 of 1899. (MERCHANT SHIPPING).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 39 of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, and of all other powers (if any) in that behalf enabling, the Governor in Council hereby further amends Table T in the Schedule to the said Ordinance as follows:-

Amendment.
Under the heading "Class E. All other boats not licensed in Classes A, B, C or D" the following additional Condition is inserted after Condition 9 in the case of licences for Water Boats:
10. No water shall be taken onto this boat from any source other than the Government waterworks at Aberdeen, Lai Chi Kok and Shaukiwan or the Taikoo Sugar Refinery at Quarry Bay.

ORDINANCE No. 38 of 1932. (PRISONS).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17 of the Prisons Ordinance, 1932, the Governor in Council further amends the Prison Rules set forth on pages 181 to 246 of the Regulations of Hong Kong, 1844-1925, as subsequently amended, by the rescission of rule 311.
