ORDINANCE No. 24 of 1933. (MERCANTILE MARINE ASSISTANCE FUND).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 (2) of the Mercantile Marine Assistance Fund Ordinance, 1933, the Governor in Council amends the Schedule to the said Ordin- ance as follows:-

Amendment.

In regulation 3 the words "three members shall be deemed a quorum" are substituted for the words "four members shall be deemed a quorum."

THE COMPANIES ORDINANCE, 1932.

Pursuant to the Companies Ordinance, 1932, section 131 (3) the following annual list is published. The list contains the names of all persons (within the meaning of the said section) who are authorised by the Governor in Council to perform the duties required by the said Ordinance to be performed by an auditor. The first part (Part I) of such list contains the names of persons authorised to audit accounts kept in English; and the second part (Part II) contains the names of persons authorised to audit accounts. kept in Chinese :-
