An Ordinance to amend the Jury Ordinance, 1887.

[24th July, 1936.]

BE it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Jury Amendment Short title. Ordinance, 1936.

2. Paragraph (5) of section 4 of the Jury Ordinance, Substitution 1887, is repealed and the following paragraph is substituted for Ordia-

(5) persons duly registered as or deemed to be medical Ordinance practitioners under the Medical Registration Ordinance, 1935, No. 41 of persons duly registered as dental surgeons under the Dentistry Ordinance, 1914, members of the Royal College of Veterinary Ordinance Surgeons of Great Britain, and persons holding the diploma No. 16 of of such British or foreign veterinary institution or examining body as may be approved by the Governor.

Passed the Legislative Council of Hong Kong, this 22nd day of July, 1936.
