In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 10 (6). 14 (7), 37 (2) and 42 (1) of the Merchant Shipping Ordin- ance, 1899, and of all other powers in that behalf enabling the Governor in Council hereby rescinds Table C in the Schedule to the said Ordinance as amended and substitutes the following Table therefor :--

1. The regulations in this Part deal with the matter of survey and other fees as follows,-

Regulation 2.-General.

Regulation 3.--Survey for a passenger Certificate. Regulation 4.-Survey for a Certificate for obtaining a

plying licence (under Table E.)

Regulation 5.-Survey for a Certificate for obtaining

an Emigration Licence.

Regulation 6.-Measurement of Tonnage.

Regulation 7-Survey for Load-line Certificate.

Regulation 8.-Survey in Dry Dock for Bottom Certi-

ficate.
