No. 462.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint the following officers to be his Honorary Aides-de-Camp, with effect from 6th May, 1936-

No. 463.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, under section 4 of the Midwives Ordinance, 1910, Ordinance No. 22 of 1910, to appoint Dr. FRANK RICHARD ASHTON to be a member of the Midwives Board for a term of three years, vice Dr. ANNIE SYDENHAM, resigned, with effect from the 15th May, 1936.

No. 464.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. ERNEST HILLAS WILLIAMS to act as Puisne Judge until further notice, with effect from the 19th May, 1936.
21st May, 1936.
No. 465.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint, provisionally and subject to His Majesty's pleasure, Mr. ANTONIO FERREIRA BATALHA SILVA-NETTO to be temporarily an Unofficial Member of the Legislative Council, in the place of the Honourable Mr. JOSÉ PEDRO BRAGA, O.B.E., who is temporarily absent from the Colony, with effect from 21st May, 1936.

No. 466.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint under section 3 (9) of Ordinance No. 7 of 1935, Mr. FREDERICK CHARLES HALL to be a Member of the Urban Council for a further term of three years, with effect from 23rd May, 1936.

No. 467.-His Excellency the Governor, under instructions received from the Secretary of State for the Colonies, has been pleased to recognise Mr. HOWARD DONOVAN, provisionally and pending the issue of His Majesty's Exequatur, as Consul of the United States of America at Hong Kong.
