ORDINANCE No. 10 of 1899. (MERCHANT SHIPPING).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 25 (4) of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, the Governor in Council further amends Table M in the Schedule to the said Ordinance as follows:-
Amendments.
The following regulation is inserted in the said Table M immediately after regulation 7H:-
71. (1) No vessel shall enter or be within any part of the inlet or nullah known as the Bowrington Canal.
(2) No vessel shall be anchored or moored within a distance of 100 feet to the north of the bridge on Gloucester Road over the Bowrington Canal.

ORDINANCE No. 18 of 1936. (TELECOMMUNICATION).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 32 of the Telecommunication Ordinance. 1936, and by section 9 of the Interpretation Ordinance, 1911, the Governor in Council makes the following amendment of the Radiocommunication Regulations in the Schedule to the said Ordinance, to come into operation on the day on which the said Ordinance comes into operation:-
Amendment.
Regulation 15 is amended by the rescission of the words and figures "For a broadcast receiving licence......10.00" and the substitution of the following figures therefor:-
"For a broadcast receiving licence
.12.00"
