SIR, I have the honour to transmit to you herewith His Majesty's Warrant author- izing the continued use of the Public Seal lately in use in Hong Kong until another seal shall have been prepared and transmitted to you.

Our Will and Pleasure is and We do hereby authorize and empower you to make use of the Public Seal lately in use within Our Colony of Hong Kong for sealing all things whatsoever that are used to be sealed therewith until another Seal shall be prepared and transmitted to you duly authorized by Us.

And for so doing this shall be your Warrant.

Given at Our Court at Saint James's this Twelfth day of March, 1936, in the First Year of Our Reign.

With reference to Government Notification No. 906 of the 22nd November, 1935, it is hereby notified that, under Article 12 of the Anglo-Polish Trade Agreement of the 27th February, 1935, the Government of Poland has declared the Free City of Danzig to be a Contracting Party to the said Agreement.
