ORDINANCE No. 15 of 1935.
[SANITATION] ).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 (xvi) of the Public Health (Sanitation) Ordinance, 1935, the Urban Council makes the following amendment to the by-laws under the heading "Conservancy" contained in Schedule A to the Public Health (Sanitation) Ordinance, 1935.
Amendment.
By-law 2 (1) (b) (iii) is rescinded and the following by-law is substituted therefor :-
2 (1) (b) (iii) Kowloon and that portion of New Kowloon lying to the west of a line drawn from a point on the sea- shore 200 yards east of the village of Ngau Tau Kok due north to the northern boundary of New Kowloon.

Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council under section 39 of the Liquors Ordinance, 1931, Ordinance No. 36 of 1931, on the 22nd April, 1936.
LIQUORS DUTIES RESOLUTION.
Resolved pursuant to section 39 of the Liquors Ordin- ance, 1931, Ordinance No. 36 of 1931, that the Liquors Duties Resolution of the 28th March, 1935, published in the Gazette by Notification No. 255 of the 29th March, 1935, be rescinded and that on and after the coming into operation of this Resolution the duties to be paid upon intoxicating or spirituous liquors imported into, or distilled, made or pre- pared in, the Colony shall be assessed in Hong Kong currency as in the following Table.
