No. 365.-It is hereby notified that His Honour Mr. Roger Edward Lindsell, Chief Justice, has by Commission signed by him, and dated the 16th day of April, 1936, appointed JOHN PELLY MURPHY, Deputy Registrar, Hong Kong, to be a Commissioner to administer oaths and take declarations, affirmations, and attestations of honour in the Court so long as he shall continue to act as such Deputy Registrar as aforesaid.
