No. 317.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, under the provisions of Statute 4 of the Second Schedule of the University Ordinance, 1911, Ordinance No. 10 of 1911, to nominate Mr. VANDELEUR MOLYNEUX GRAYBURN and Mr. PHILIP STANLEY CASSIDY as members of the Court of the University of Hong Kong for a further period of three years, with effect from 9th April, 1936.

No. 318. His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to make, under regula- tion 9 of the Regulations of the Hong Kong Naval Volunteer Force, the following appointments in the Hong Kong Naval Volunteer Force :-
Lieutenant JAMES PETRIE, D.S.C., to be Lieutenant-Commander, with effect.
from 19th February, 1936.
Paymaster-Lieutenant SYDNEY HAMPDEN ROSS to be Paymaster Lieutenant-Com-
mander, with effect from 19th February, 1936.
Sub-Lieutenant (E) JOHN RICHARD BERGNE-COUPLAND to be Lieutenant (E), with
effect from 19th February, 1936.
Paymaster Sub-Lieutenant EDWARD GROSSMAN to be Paymaster Lieutenant, with
effect from 19th February, 1936.
Cadet ALFRED CHARLES FORD to be Sub-Lieutenant (E), with effect from 1st
December 1935.
