ORDINANCE No. 7 of 1932. (OPIUM).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 (1) (a) of the Opium Ordinance, 1932, the Governor in Council hereby determines the prices at which prepared opium known as Grade 2 opium may be sold to the public, as follows:-

The prices so determined are substituted for the prices set out in Government Notification No. 38 published in the Gazette of the 20th January, 1933.

APPOINTMENTS, &c.

No. 314.-His Excellency the Governor in Council has been pleased to nominate and appoint the Honourable Mr. ARTHUR GEORGE WARNHAM TICKLE to be a member of the Housing Commission in the place of the Honourable Mr. RICHARD MCNEIL HENDERSON.

No. 315-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. ERIC HIMSWORTH to act as Deputy Registrar, Supreme Court and Deputy Registrar of Companies, with effect from 28th March, 1936.

No. 316. His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. CLAUDE BRAMALL BURGESS to be Administrative Assistant, Sanitary Department, with effect from 27th March, 1936.
