Should the Officer-in-charge of the Airport, or any responsible officer for the time being acting on his behalf, for reasons of safety or for any other reason which, in his absolute discretion, may be considered good and sufficient for the proper conduct and use of the Airport, order a flying machine moored in the open or left in the open which is capable of being housed, to be removed to a hangar, the ordinary charges for storage of the flying machine in the hangar will be payable.

4. When monthly terms for mooring flying machines are arranged and it is found necessary to house the flying machine through bad weather conditions or for other reasons, the full daily charge for housing for the days on which it is housed, will be imposed, without rebate from the monthly mooring

terms.

Special inclusive monthly housing, landing and/or alighting fees at the rates prescribed in the third column of the scale of fees laid down in paragraph 1 of this Notice, plus 15%, will be charged for flying machines which are registered as the property of any company or concern operating a training school for flying at Kai Tak Airport and which, in the opinion of the Director of Air Services, are. used substantially for the purpose of giving tuition in flying.
