Hong Kong.
ORDINANCE No. 15 of 1922. (WILD BIRDS).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Wild Birds Ordinance, 1922, the Governor in Council further amends the regulations in the Schedule to the said Ordinance by adding the following paragraph to regulation 4:-
(c) The whole of the Island of Hong Kong.

NOTE: The effect of the above amendment is that hereafter no bird of any description other than magpies, kites and hawks may be killed, wounded or taken on the Island of Hong Kong.

His Excellency the Governor in Council has been pleased to direct under section 5 of the Buildings Ordinance, 1935, Ordinance No. 18 of 1935, that the name of Mr. HIPOLIT GRZYMALA-SIEDLECKI be added to the List of Authorized Architects published in Government Notification No. 895 of the 15th November, 1935.
