The Air Navigation Directions, (Hong Kong),

1932.

In exercise of the power conferred by Article 30 of the and Mandated Air Navigation (Colonies, Protectorates Territories) Order, 1927, as amended by the Air Navigation (Colonies, Protectorates and Mandated Territories) (Amend- ment) Orders, 1929, 1931, 1932 and 1935, the Governor rescinds paragraphs (b) and (c) of Direction 95 of the Air Navigation Directions, (Hong Kong), 1932, as from the 1st March, 1936, and issues the following Direction as paragraph (b) of the said Direction in substitution therefor :-

(b) Landing, Alighting and Housing Fees. Such fees and charges as may be laid down from time to time by the Director of Air Services and published in the Gazette.

LAND REGISTRY OFFICE.

No. 284.-It is hereby notified for general information that a Memorial of Re-entry by the Crown on Marine Lot No. 10 and all its sections and sub-sections has been registered according to law.
