ORDINANCE No. 22 of 1935. (HAWKERS).

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections: 2 and 4, the Urban Council makes the following amendment of the by-laws under the heading "A. General and Licensing" set forth in the Schedule to the above-mentioned Ordinance.

Amendment.

The following additional By-law is inserted immediately after By-law No. 21.

22. All Hawkers licences, except licences to hawk tobacco, cigars and cigarettes, issued under the Miscellaneous Licences Ordinances, 1933, shall be deemed to have been issued under these by-laws and shall continue in force until revoked or until they expire.
