ORDINANCE No. 13 of 1935. (PUBLIC HEALTH [FOOD]).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Public Health (Food) Ordinance, 1935, the Urban Council makes the following amendment of the by-laws under the heading "Markets' and sub-heading "Market Stalls" set

forth in Schedule to the above-mentioned Ordinance :-

Amendment.

The following additional by-law is inserted immediately after by-law 40:—

40A. No flesh of any animal slaughtered in the Govern- ment slaughter-house at Sai Wan Ho shall be exposed for sale in any market in the Colony other than the markets at Quarry Bay, Sai Wan Ho and Shaukiwan and no flesh of any animal slaughtered in the Government Slaughter-house at Aberdeen shall be exposed for sale in any market in the Colony other than the market at Aberdeen.

ORDINANCE No. 15 of 1935. (PUBLIC HEALTH [SANITATION]).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 (xv) of the Public Health (Sanitation) Ordinance, 1935 the Urban Council makes the following amendment to the by-laws under the heading "Scavenging" contained in Schedule A to the Public Health (Sanitation) Ordinance, 1935.

Amendment.

By-law No. 5 is rescinded and the following by-law is substituted therefor:

5. (i) The occupier of any domestic building, or the occupier or principal tenant, as the case may be, of any flat
