ORDINANCE No. 10 of 1899. (MERCHANT SHIPPING).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 25 (4) of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, the Governor in Council hereby further amends Table M in the Schedule to the said Ordinance by inserting the following regulation in the group of regulations under the heading "(V)-Telegraph cables and other protected apparatus" :-
20B.-(1) A cable ground is established between Kellett Island and the island of Hong Kong at East Point within the following boundaries :-
Western boundary.-A line drawn 180° from the western- most rock on the west side of Kellett Island to the foreshore of the island of Hong Kong.
Eastern boundary.-A line drawn parallel to the western boundary and four hundred feet to the east of it.
(2) No ship, junk or vessel of any description shall anchor within the boundaries of the said cable ground and fishing is prohibited within the same.

ORDINANCE No. 34 of 1910. (NEW TERRITORIES REGULATION).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the New Territories Regulation Ordinance, 1910, the Governor in Council declares that the place hereunder specified shall, as from the first day of July, 1936, be the market for the Tsun Wan District, the boundaries whereof are determined by the limits stated in the Schedule to this declaration :-
Tsun Wan Market.
The area of Crown Land situate at Tsun Wan and hatched in green on the plan dated the 31st December, 1935, deposited in the District Land Office for the Southern District of the New Territories and marked "Tsun Wan Market".
