ORDINANCE No. 21 of 1927. (DOGS).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Dogs Ordinance, 1927, the Governor in Council further amends the regulations made under the said Ordinance and published in the Gazette of the 25th November, 1927, as Government Notification No. 694, as follows:-

Regulation 2 is rescinded and the following regulation is substituted therefor :

2. The fee payable for each male dog included in such licence shall be six dollars, and for each female dog ten dollars.

No. 248.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. ARTHUR GEORGE WARNHAM TICKLE, F.R.I.B.A., F.S.I., provisionally and subject to His Majesty's pleasure, temporarily to be a Member of the Executive and Legislative Councils, during the absence on leave of the Honourable Mr. RICHARD MCNEIL HENDERSON, M. Inst. C.E., M.I. Mech. E., or until further notice, with effect from the 7th March, 1936.

No. 249.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint, provisionally and subject to His Majesty's pleasure, the Honourable Sir HENRY EDWARD POLLOCK, Kt., K.C., to be an Unofficial Member of the Executive Council for a further period of five years, with effect from the 9th March, 1936.

No. 250.-The King's Exequatur empowering Dr. GEORGE DUNCAN RALPH BLACK, O.B.E., to act as Honorary Consular Agent for Cuba at Hong Kong, received His late Majesty's signature on 7th January, 1936.
