ORDINANCE No. 16 of 1935. (PUBLIC HEALTH

[ANIMALS AND BIRDS] ).

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (7) of section 7 of the Public Health (Animals and Birds) Ordin- ance, 1935, the Governor in Council by this order defines, for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section, the · periods of incubation of the undermentioned diseases as hereunder set forth :-

Disease.

Anthrax

Foot and mouth disease

Cattle plague or rinderpest... Septicaemia haemorrhagica... Surra

Red Water (Texas fever)

Period of Incubation.

Ordinance No. 48 of 1935.—An Ordinance to amend the law relating to the custody of infants.

Ordinance No. 49 of 1935.-An Ordinance to make better provision in this Colony for the granting by magistrates of separa- tion and maintenance orders.

Ordinance No. 51 of 1935.—An Ordinance to further and protect the activities of The Girl Guides Association, and to incorpo-

rate the Hong Kong Branch thereof.

Ordinance No. 54 of 1935.—An Ordinance to make provision for the establish- ment and management of an Exchange Fund and to amend the law relating to Legal Tender in the Colony and to the Notes issued by certain banks.
